Assume A Lease Canada ("AALC") may revise this agreement at any time by updating it. You should visit this page periodically to review this agreement, because they are binding on you.

VEHICLE LISTINGS
AALC DOES NOT REVIEW every vehicle listing posted on www.assumealease.ca , www.assumeapayment.com , or www.assumeapayment.ca . You may well read any given listing before our staff does. You can expect these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of individuals and organizations other than AALC. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Responsibility for what is listed in AALC lies with each user. You alone are responsible for material you post. By using www.assumealease.ca , www.assumeapayment.com or www.assumeapayment.ca you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to use the sites. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement. AALC reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any posting that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. RATES (BUYER & SELLER)
AALC reserves the right to revise rates, terms and specifications contained in the current listing rates.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards including Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing. Disputed credit card transactions will be charged a minimum fee of a $199.00 plus any collection and/or attorney fees plus court costs.

ALL OF OUR FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

VEHICLE LISTING (SELLER)
All advertising listing fees are non-refundable and vary by the type of listing. You will see the current listing rates when you post your lease. Any request for cancellation will take effect within 10 business days and should be directed via e-mail to: customerservice@assumealease.ca .

REGISTRATION (BUYER)
To obtain access to contact information for sellers, you will be required to register with AALC. There is a one-time charge of $29.99 for registration in Canadian dollars + any applicable taxes. As part of the registration process, you will be required to enter a valid e-mail address and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not (i) register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person; nor will you (ii) adopt a user name that AALC, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password and will contact our Customer Service Manager of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account at: customerservice@assumealease.ca .
Sometimes, to help assure a smooth transfer experience and to guarantee that the "Seller" and the "Buyer" are committed in completing the transfer of the leased vehicle, "The Company" may collect from the "Seller" and "Buyer" a one time non-refundable commitment fee. All fees collected by AALC are separate from any fees collected by the Finance Company or Leasing Company associated with the car lease being assumed, and/or the fees associated with registering the vehicle with the local DMV office in your Province.

REFUND POLICY
ALL FEES COLLECTED BY AALC ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The material that appears on AALC is for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before conducting any transaction, including but not limited to, the leasing or transferring of an automobile lease that you've read about on AALC, you should confirm with the leasing company any information including where the lease of a vehicle is concerned, the monthly payments, inception fees, taxes, lease term, lease end buyout, excess mileage charge, total allowed mileage, and the actual mileage of the vehicle - that is important to your decision. AALC is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the performance of any such goods or services or information.

The Lease Transfer process requires each party to provide information essential to the transaction. Such information may include an individual or company's name, address, phone number, e-mail address, vehicle description details, and other information ("SELLER'S INFORMATION"). The AALC website accepts the Seller's Information supplied by various users, and AALC assumes no responsibility for testing or verifying the accuracy of such seller's information, and does not endorse or approve of any leased asset, or any current lessee or prospective new lessee. The legal owner of the leased asset ("Lessor") will approve or deny and facilitate the Lease Transfer process.

AALC's services are available to individuals and businesses. Individuals agreeing to be bound by this visitor agreement on behalf of a business must be an officer or agent of such business who is authorized to form legally binding contracts on behalf of the enterprise under applicable law. Any such person hereby certifies that is an officer or agent of such business. AALC may also refuse to provide the services to anyone or any entity at any time in our sole discretion and AALC reserves the right to deny use of this service to anyone who uses the service in manner we consider inappropriate. You hereby grant Assume A Lease Canada a non-exclusive license to publish all listings you provide us. AALC is not responsible for any damage or loss to any listings, copy, drawings, and art or any other materials you provide. You hereby agree that by placing a listing on AALC, or its affiliate sites you hereby grant a license to AALC on a non-exclusive basis, all copyrights and other ownership rights in the listing, including the right to publish, reproduce, display, adapt, transmit, or produce derivative works in any medium, including any digital electronic medium.

AALC is made available for your personal, noncommercial use only. The materials on this site are the property of AALC or its licensors, and are protected by Canadian copyright laws, international conventions and other copyright laws. Without written permission from AALC you may not distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any on the materials on found on www.assumealease.ca
